Can I have a home insemination shipment sent to my home in my state?

We understand that any clients wish to grow their families through home insemination. We can ship to homes in all 50 states. The paperwork required in each state can vary. Please see the list below for details.

If your clinic is registered with Fairfax Cryobank and signs off on the physician home delivery form, we can ship to your state. If your clinic has not yet registered with Fairfax Cryobank or your physician hasn’t signed the physician home delivery authorization, at this time, our ability to ship to your home will vary based on your particular circumstances.
