Help CenterThe Fairfax Family forums provide a communal space for clients past and present to gather. The forum contains everything from private donor groups to public general discussions covering parenting advice and fertility tips.
Here's a guide to everything you'll need to know to optimize your Family Forums access.
How to Sign In to the Forum:
- On the Forum homepage, click Sign In or Register
The Family Forum accounts are synced with your FairfaxCryobank.com login information. If you already have a website account, click Sign In. If you don't have a website account yet, click Register.
- Enter your login email and password or create an account and hit Submit
- If the website doesn't redirect you to the Forums page again, use the website navigation to navigate back to the Family Forums home page.
You will know you are logged in to the forums when you see a profile picture avatar in the top right corner.
How to Request Private Donor Group Access
Once you locate your desired donor group, press "Join" at the right of the group
Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
- Name (under which the vial was purchased)
- Clinic Name
- Donor number
- Child Date of Birth or Estimated Due Date --> Please also report this birth or due date in our system (before submitting the request to join) if it hasn’t been done so yet: https://fairfaxcryobank.com/pregnancy-report-form
