How much does it cost to store my own sperm?

Storing your own sperm through a standard collection consists of two main costs, the processing of the sample and the storage of the sample. 

The Semen Specimen Evaluation, Standard Processing and Freezing is $350 for an unwashed sample and $460.00 for a washed sample. For off-site collection, a mail-in kit is $70 and is processed as a washed sample for $460.

The storage term options range from a monthly $45 charge (shortest) to a ten-year storage for $2700 (longest).

Additional costs can come in the form of bloodwork, consultations, or a semen evaluation prior to storing, and may be viewed on our fee schedule.
