I'm having trouble logging in to the Family Forums. What should I do?

Instructions on creating a Family Forums account are below.

1. Navigate to Fairfax Cryobank login screen here: https://fairfaxcryobank.com/search/login.aspx?backurl=%2fsearch%2fdefault.aspx 
2. Once you are logged in, you will be redirected to the Donor Search page on the Fairfax Cryobank site. Now, you will need to locate the Family Forums tab under Resources, or click the link here: https://blogandforum.fairfaxcryobank.com/ 
3. You will be brought to the Family Forums Home Page, click the SIGN IN button  
4. The option to login or create a username will appear under the blue bubble. If you already have a username, please type in your password. But, if you are a first-time user, please select the bottom “Other” as indicated below to create a username. 
5. Once the username is created, you will be directed back to the Family Forums Home Page. Login information will be the same for the Fairfax Cryobank site and the Family Forums page.  

Once you are registered, you want to click "Groups" on the right-hand side of the page and the search groups using your donor number. Then, click "Join" and provide the following information:  

• Name (under which the vial was purchased) 
• Email 
• Clinic Name 
• Donor number 
• Child Date of Birth or Estimated Due Date (Be sure to report this birth or pregnancy into our system, as it is a requirement to join the group)
