Since 1990, Fairfax Cryobank has allowed clients to return any unused specimens and receive half of the original purchase price back.&nbsp; Vials must have been purchased at regular price and must never have left the Fairfax Cryobank facility.&nbsp;
There are no limits to the number of vials that can be returned for this partial refund, and there are no restrictions regarding the status of a client’s account. The Vial Buy Back program is not offered on specimens that the original owner has transferred, and it may not be available to clients outside the United States. International clients should contact Client Services at global@fairfaxcryobank.com for more information. Fees may apply.
